Being a self employed Chartered Surveyor, the first cost I had to consider when starting up was for secretarial duties. With the property market in turmoil, you never know when the next survey might come in, so employing a full-time secretary or Personal Assistant was not an option. Luckily for me, my partner is the Managing Director of Core Business Virtual PA and it respresented a simple solution.
