Chartered Surveyors in the South of England are reporting that levels of acvtivity are so high, they are booking work in a week in advance. 

It has not got to the stage in the North and we are pleased to say that quite often we are able to book inspections for survey the same week the instruction comes in.

Surveyors fees is still a debateable one. Whilst customers search for the best deals, we are hearing that prices have dropped over the years and although some parts of the country are so busy that they can command higher fees, the remainder is forced to remain competitive.
