How much does a survey cost?
12 September 2011 - 12:06
We openly advertise the cost of a survey as we believe in transparency and don't mind if others try to beat us on price.

Each surveyor we use takes their time over the inspection and delivers a detailed report that you can rely upon. Don't just take my word, read the comments in the feedback section.

Most of our clients are cash buyers, investors or clients wanting to be more aware than buyers who simply rely upon a mortgage valuation report. The cost to upgrade is generally similar, so it would be prudent to check with your broker whether we can offer you the best deal. At the same time, worth a second opinion especially if its a similar cost as you could argue the bank is only acting in their interests.

To be even more competitive, we have revised our fee scale for September and have just released them. Whilst we have tried to simplify them, we appreciate that there is difference in parts of the country and some areas may provide offers now and again through twitter. To make sure you are aware of the one day or monthly offers, follow us on twitter. September twitter offer provides 10% off for properties built since 1982.

And if you are buying more than one, let us know, we enjoy great relationships with investors and a discount will be given to returning clients.

Happy house hunting.
