Gary Edgar is delighted to have signed up early for the new survey that helps purchasers make an informed decision based on the easy to understand report.

The Homebuyer Report has been developed to help buyers easily see what needs to be done to the property using condition ratings.

The ratings are as follows:


1) No repair is currently needed. The property must be maintained in the normal way.


2) Defects that need repairing or replacing but are not considered to be either serious or urgent. The property must be maintained in the normal way.

3) Defects which are serious and/or need to be repaired, replaced or investigated urgently.

The new survey is likely to prove highly popular to consumers.
