RICS Chartered Surveyors
Surveyors fees - What does a survey cost?

Chartered Surveyors fees vary and many companies do not advertise their fee scale for fear of being undercut. We believe in trasparancy and offer the fees below based on the principle that at this price our surveyors will provide a report that provides great value for money, all the detail you need in an easy to understand manner. If we are undercut, and it is possible, you are likely to lose something in the service.

We only use Surveyors that are fully qualified (MRICS or FRICS), regulated by the RICS and fully indemnity insured (£1million minimum). For all Red Book Valuations, our Surveyors will be RICS Registered Valuers.

Survey Fees quoted below are a guide and calculated based on the agreed purchase price in the left hand side box. For an accurate quote, please call the office on 08456 437097.
